Introduce an overall rise of Building Control fees by 3% for April 2022.

activity. Building Control fees were last changed in April 2020 and
this change keeps fees in line with general inflation. Inflation in
the construction sector is currently disproportionately high due to
material costs and there is upward pressure on service costs due to
the impact of changing legislation including increased insurance
costs.
