The 28 day notice period has been complied with for the originally-scheduled meeting of 29th August. However, an additional meeting has been scheduled to allow for sufficient scrutiny (by the Scrutiny Committee), should they so wish, prior to the decision on 29th and any onward recommendation to Full Council.
The Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee and Monitoring Officer have been informed in line with council procedure rule 15.1
