• Cllr Ben Holdman - Personal - All Scrutiny Committee members had received e-mail communications from two members of the public in relation to Agenda Item 7 - Examination and Review of Freedom of Information processes within Mid Devon District Council.

• Cllr Ben Holdman - Personal - Cllr Ben Holdman declared an interest in that he had been contacted by a resident regarding the Car Parking item on the agenda.

• Cllr Ben Holdman - Protocol of Good practice for Councillors - Cllr B Holdman made a declaration of interest in accordance with Protocol of Good Practice in dealing with Planning matters regarding Application 25/01234/LBC as he had called in the application. However, he informed the Committee that he would have an open mind when determining the application today.
• Cllr Ben Holdman - Non Pecuniary - Cllr B Holdman made a non-pecuniary declaration of interest in accordance with Protocol of Good Practice when dealing with planning matters regarding Application 25/01234/LBC as he was a patient of Clare House Practice.
