Corporate Plan Mid Point Review To receive a report from the Chief Executive considering the progress against delivery for the Corporate Plan 2020-2024 at its midway point (previously presented to the Cabinet). This report reflects on performance against achievement of the priorities over the past two years, undertakes a brief gap analysis to understand where delivery is untracked via existing KPIs, identifies a range of challenges to delivery moving forward and, ultimately, recommends a refreshed corporate plan be brought back to cabinet for consideration and onward recommendation to full council as appropriate.
